••••••••••Tips for building a Powerful Yoga Practice

  • Come on an empty stomach.
  • Refrain from eating 2-3 hours before class.
  • Make sure you are well hydrated.
  • Show up a few minutes early.
  • First-time students please arrive a minimum of 15 minutes early.
  • What to wear:
      • Light clothing that allows your body to move and breathe
      • men: light shorts, swim trunks
      • women: jog bras, light shorts
  • What to bring:
      • A yoga mat, a large towel and water bottle
      • We rent towels and mats for $2 each
      • Showers available
  • Classes are 90 minutes.
  • Please no late arrivals or early dismissals.
  • Outside doors are locked at the start of each class.
  • Let go of expectations and do your best.
  • Trust in the Process.
  • Share your yoga practice with your teachers.
  • Inform the instructor of chronic or limiting conditions.
  • Yoga is cumulative--the more the better!
      • Your second class the same day is always free.
