Our studio was designed and built with as many eco-friendly materials and systems as possible. The solar panels on the roof top not only heat all the water used for the entire building, but also contribute to the heat we use to stretch in. Recycled bamboo, efficient lighting, non-toxic paint and radiant heat are other ways in which we have created a healthy and sustainable environment for our students.

For your convenience, we have two showers in both the men's and women's dressing rooms. There are also water filters in the sinks to fill your water bottle with so please come prepared as we purposely avoid selling water in plastic containers! We rent towels and yoga mats and our clothing boutique carries all the top brands and designs for hot yoga wear in addition to the Breathe Yoga Mats.

When arriving for class, please park your car on the East side of the lot (side closest to the studio), not the West side as you may be towed. Parking on either side of Mendenhall Street is free.
